Zydeco Development, the master developer of the 550-acre East Austin corporate campus, is building a 6,000-square-foot retail building fronting State Highway 71 and has already signed on Starbucks and Subway as tenants.

Zydeco Development Completes Sale of MetCenter Site for Future Hotel

Zydeco Development, an Austin-based commercial real estate development firm, has finalized the sale of a site at MetCenter, a mixed-use property located at U.S. Highways 71 and 183 in Austin. The undisclosed buyers plan to build what will be the seventh hotel at MetCenter. Gay Ruggiano of Kucera Co. represented the buyers in the transaction. The sale price was undisclosed.
